This Crystal Cookies is no exception, another showstopper from this insanely talented group.
Experience
Immediately upon looking at this flower I knew this was knocked out of the park, the bag appeal is nuts, completely covered in trichomes almost to the point where you cant even see the plant matter underneath. Hues of deep purples, greens, and bright oranges give this flower a beautiful composition. Not only was this gorgeous to the naked eye but it was clearly handled with lots of care, the “Macro Test” showed this hand trimmed flower had an insane amount of intact trichomes, much more than what we typically see from cured cannabis. Their in-house trim team clearly knows what they are doing.
The aroma of the Crystal Cookies reminded me of oatmeal, with a hint of sweetness and gas. The prominence of the b-Caryophyllene was much more noticeable when breaking it up though, the gassy undertones became the main driver. In our experience this strain typically tests lower for terpenes no matter who is growing it, but she makes up for it in many other ways. The consistency of their flower goes a long way, having a properly cured product with the right moisture content is imperative. This Crystal Cookies broke down like a charm, not very dry but also not wet. Perfect for a bong bowl or rolling up a joint.
Upon consumption I was immediately greeted with a more gassy earthy flavor, the b-Caryophyllene decided to show out. The initial onset was felt all throughout my entire body, not racey or overly cerebral, exactly what I personally look for. Overly buzzy strains tend to exacerbate my anxiety, this did nothing of the sort. Even with it being a 90/10 Indica I found that this strain didn't put me to sleep or cause a couch lock but more of a clarity and focus that allowed me to get things done and be extra productive. I enjoyed this experience thoroughly melting away my stress and anxiety all while still being present and calculated.

If you are looking for a strong Indica that you can consume at any time of the day and won't make you take a nap this is perfect for you. Crystal Cookies provides energy and focus without the heavy sedative effects found in most Indica flowers. Ideal for patients who suffer from anxiety, depression, nerve pain, and muscle tension. If you need something to help ease your mind while still being able to function at a high level, this is the strain for you.
Final Thoughts
Another absolute banger from Resonant Cultivation, but we would expect nothing less from one of Oklahoma's top growers. Finding strains that allow me to focus and stay present without being overly cerebral or racey is so difficult, this did all that plus some.
