Intro

Their calculated decision making provides the patients with some of the most potent terpy flower on the market. The quality they produce is difficult to parallel, even on a national level & has been recognized as so. This LA PoprockZ highlights exactly why they have been given such high praise.
Experience
The moment I crack open the jar of this cannabis, the entire room is flooded with a very distinct gassy, sweet & savory smell with tones of citrus & herbs.. Whew. This flower is glistening with trichromes coating the deep purple, indigo & subtle green vegetation. As I break open the very dense & sticky buds, there is a rush as the smell intensifies, revealing deeper layers of a slightly extra nutty, fruity & cheesy scent. Delicious. Each nug of this cannabis, consistently produces a surprising amount of crushed up flower. Crazy dense, and not from excessive moisture.
Immediately, the first pull is very terpy, sweet, floral & a very subtle savory hint. I feel it hit like a ton of bricks. My mind calms, everything slows down & all I can think about is one thing... time to not move, deeply relax & let go of the day. This strain drops me down & in. Very heavy high that builds, then lingers for a while before it slowly lifts like the fog on an early morning in the mountains, leaving me feeling replenished, grounded & moving a little on the slow side. I really enjoy how this cannabis relaxes my whole body, calms my nerves & melts away anxiety. If i can manage to stay awake on this strain, the only downside is that I can’t get anything done & eventually there are waves of ravenous munchies.
Recommendations
Perfect for an afternoon nap, relaxing by the pool, in nature or winding down at the end of the day. I would only recommend this during the early hours of the day, if you truly want to do nothing but chill, relax & recover or for patients suffering with intense physically debilitating conditions, nerve pain & muscle tension. This strain can also be really nice for introspection, a calming meditation practice, receiving massage/bodywork or for chilling out and listening to music. If you suffer with anxiety & a hyperactive mind, this strain can be very helpful for slowing everything down.
Final Thoughts
LA PoprockZ has become one of my favorite go-to’s for the evening as I wind down after a long day of moving, driving, teaching yoga & doing photo shoots. This is so nurturing for my muscle aches & nerve pains associated with scoliosis and living a very physically demanding lifestyle. There aren’t a whole lot of strains out there that help calm down & regenerate my nervous system to this degree. Greenleaf Cultivations, hats off to you for crushing it with this one over & over again. It’s medicine like this that empowers me as a patient, in replenishing my body & calming my mind, so that I can show up in my life the way I want to. Full. With something to give & offer to others.
